Liza is currently the Principal at Retail Strategy Group - a consulting practice which helps companies in the retail space dramatically improve profitability and increase organizational effectiveness and has just been named one of RETHINK Retail’s Top Influencer of 2022.

Meet Raj - the authority on all things sales and loyalty.
Raj Dhiman is an expert in tech sales having sold technology in the areas of customer loyalty, e-commerce and freight/logistics. In his career, he has held sales leadership roles and is a well respected sales coach. He currently teaches a fundamentals of tech sales course as a part of the teaching team at Uvaro.
Raj’s background beyond sales is unique and diverse – he holds his doctorate in chemistry from the University of Toronto, has starred in commercials, and became an amateur woodworker during the pandemic. He co-founded Retail Strategy Group with Liza and works behind the scenes as the engine of business development for the firm.
